Personal Trainers – Nottingham
Achievable £20k plus; with uncapped earning potential
With the continued growth of Personal Training we need more industry professionals who can help satisfy the demand from our members for high quality one to one Personal Training. Roko Health Club Nottingham is looking for forward thinking, pro active, professional personal trainers who have a true passion for fitness. This is not a freelance role the successful candidates will aim to build and maintain a personal training client base whilst working as part of a dedicated fitness team. Our reward structure leads the fitness sector giving you the best opportunity to earn serious returns from the hard work you put in. You need to be Reps 3 with a relevant PT qualification and have great communication skills. Studio based Qualifications would be an advantage.

Membership Sales Consultant - Gillingham
Maternity cover position to start December 2011; 24 hours per week to include evenings and weekends
We are looking for a self motivated, target driven and enthusiastic and experienced sales person. Your role is driving new memberships, and will include the generation of around 50% of your own leads, selling memberships on a face to face basis, telephone handling and prospecting, rapport building and identifying the needs of individuals, working to set targets, and following the Roko way sales processes.
Industry leading commission and bonus structure.

In this role you are expected to provide a welcoming and professional service to Roko members that encourage continued and frequent club use. You must actively provide good customer service and swift response to queries that may arise via reception, dealing with all bookings and telephone enquires in a prompt and professional manner. You will also be a barista (making coffee’s) and should ensure that all food and beverage service is delivered with a good standard of Health & Hygiene, following correct procedures.
Experience is not essential as full training will be given however passion and the ability to provide excellent levels of customer service in a busy environment is essential. If you’ve got a passion for customer service and a keen interest in the fitness industry we would like to hear from you.
