 Group Exercise Schedule

Classes can be booked via the app.

Roko York offers over 70 group exercise classes per week, ranging from high energy cardio workouts to relaxing mind & body sessions focusing on strength and flexibility.

 Swimming Lessons

Whether you want to learn to swim or improve your stroke  Roko offers a variety of lessons and we specialise in teaching smaller groups than other swim providers giving your child better attention and development. We offer adult and junior one-to-one or group sessions as well as parent & toddler classes.
