York Newsletter October 2018

5th October 2018 | York

Manager’s Welcome

What a month!

Hi all, September was a great month to be in the club with lots of exciting activities happening and lots of members returning after a summer break with the family.

National Fitness Day was certainly a highlight for me with so many of the team and members involved. It was a real spectacle throughout the day and the club was full of energy and smiley faces (some very red faces too!)

It really does show the positive impact that exercise has on people and please remember we are here to help in any way… that may be with a personal training session, a swimfit. session in the pool, or just participating in a group fitness class, we really do have the team to help you all achieve your goals.

Have a great month.

October Half Term Junior Activities Schedule
The junior timetable is out now ready for you to plan the gym/class sessions around the kids activities.  We always strive to make it easy for you to come to the gym whilst you can still have your workout during the holidays.  This half term will see the return of Sarah Stead, one of our dance instructors.  She will be delivering the “Greatest Showman” Dance class on Friday 2nd November 9:30-10:15pm.  This class is inspired by the award winning film “The greatest Showman” and we guarantee your children will leave full of energy and singing “This is me”!!
