Welcome to June and the fabulous weather - long may it continue!.
Book yourself in for a FREE rokofit. session to start you on your way to health & happiness, or if you have completed one recently, how about a FREE stayfit. session with one of our fantastic instructors to track your progress and set yourself up for the next round of body beautiful goals. If a little extra support is needed we have excellent Personal Trainers who are here to motivate you and make sure you get to where you dreamed of; whether that is a beach body to rival the celebrities, running a marathon or simply getting fitter so you can run after the children or grandchildren this summer.

Road to Russia
Join us in celebrating the world cup! We will be adding up all of the miles covered by members to reach our 3,510mile target- the distance from York to Russia. Don’t forget to record your miles to get us there before the final on the 15th July!
Reduced Participant numbers for Aqua Fit Sessions
Due to the closure of the small pool for 2 weeks we have reduced the number of class participants to 15 during Aqua Fit sessions. This is so we can still provide a lane for swimmers and somewhere for families to swim during the closure. If you are on the waiting list for the class, please allow the instructor to take the register first before getting in. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but please appreciate we are trying to accommodate everyone during the closure of the small pool. Class number will be back up to 20 week commencing Monday 11th June. Thank you for your cooperation.
