Portsmouth Newsletter March 2022

11th March 2022 | Portsmouth

welcome

Hello and welcome to the March newsletter.

As you may have seen by the reception area, images of the new spa area have been on display for several weeks now with work well underway at the far end of the pool area as well as around the pool as well.

Works are still expected to take a few more weeks to be complete and we should soon have a confirmation of the exact date the new spa area will be unveiled for you all.

Please remember, while the pool windows are covered to protect the glass, the pool is still fully operational and aqua classes are taking place as usual.

We hope you have a great month and see you in the club during March!

Best regards

Your Roko team

Club News

Admin Changes
With the spa works, we also have some other big news and plans to announce once things are confirmed, it is going to be a very busy (and exciting) few months at the club.

Part of this will be rebranding the business with a new name and will also mean we will soon be launching a new website too as we move away from Roko Health Clubs and move forward with Portsmouth Football Club.

Part of this will also involve changing our membership system in the club but also the banking used to take Direct Debits will change too.

Just to reassure you, prices are not set to change in the near future but the reference on your bank statements may look slightly different due to a change from the bank collecting payments.

Ukraine Appeal

Donations
We recently launched a campaign to take donations for Ukraine, below is a photo of what was taken in the first 48 hours alone. We want to thank you for all donations given so far. There are various charities we pass the donations to as and when they have availability to ship anything immediately to the Ukraine.

Friday 18th March
On Friday 18th March, staff are wearing blue and yellow, the colours of the Ukrainian flag, to raise money to be able to donate to charity for the Ukrainian crisis.

Details on how to donate will be available in club and we will even take cash donations on the day and get these banked the next day to ensure it reaches those who need it as soon as possible.
