I hope you all had a lovely Easter and enjoyed the mini heat wave.

I just wanted to make you all aware that we do offer free exercise assessments and programme reviews with our rokofit. and stayfit. sessions in the gym. These are one to one sessions with our fitness team and are bookable online or by asking at reception. The team are on hand to add motivation, offer advice or to simply show you how to use the equipment to get the most out of your membership, so do not delay and book in today.

We will be re-launching our beauty treatments with the arrival of new Elemis products, facials and body treatments so keep a look out for special offers coming soon.

What’s New?

So for April we are having a new Clubbercise class being run on Tuesdays from 1:45 – 2:30pm by an external instructor, Tamsin. Bring a night out to your work out! Have fun and get fit at the same time! The class is a paid class at just £5 a session plus a one off cost of £5 for a battery powered glow stick. So with Tony sadly leaving us we will now have Craig taking over the Fit Body Training sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  So if you want to get a circuit based workout in to improve both strength and endurance then book on and get involved!

With summer just around the corner we will be introducing our boot camp style classes to the timetable so keep your eyes peeled around the club for more information.
