Studio News
Our timetable is slightly reduced for the School holidays but will return to normal from the 18th April. Now is a good time to get suggestions in for our next timetable change. It is really important that you book onto classes as we base our decisions on what classes to change based on the numbers of members that attend.

The Spa

We hope you all enjoy the slightly warmer weather and all you Mums were spoilt on Mother’s day. Don’t worry it will be Dad’s turn soon.

The offer in the spa this month is the cleansing back treatment for £28.00 that’s a saving of £10.00!
This is a 55min treatment that works on the most neglected part of the body. The treatment will start with light skin brushing then an application of an exfoliator; this will help slough away dead skin cells and smooth the skin. When the mask is applied to the back a soothing leg massage is given. The mask is removed with warm mitts and a Swedish back massage will finish the treatment. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Staff News
