February Club Update

Welcome to your February newsletter!

Welcome to your February club update! It has been a busy couple of weeks in the club which has been great to see – a lot of new faces and a lot of familiar ones too!

We have a lot of important information below, so please keep reading to really get the most out of your Roko membership! As ever, if there is anything at all we can help you with – please do not hesitate to ask!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the best to Hannah King & John Butterfield who are sadly leaving us at the end of this month. Hannah & John have been involved with the club for 10+ years – and are very popular with members and staff alike. I would like to wish Hannah the best of luck with her exciting new job venture, and John a very happy retirement. We will be hosting a farewell celebration in the club lounge on Monday 20th February between 2-4pm – please feel free to join us!

We look forward to seeing you in your club during February!

Class waiting lists – how do they work?

All our group classes go live for booking via the Roko App at 9pm, 8 days ahead of the scheduled class. (e.g., Monday 11.45am Aqua is available from 9pm the Sunday before).

Please ensure to manage your class bookings – if you can no longer attend a class, simply log onto the ‘Your Bookings’ tile on your Roko App and cancel your place. This allows us to accommodate someone from the class waiting list.

If you are on a waiting list – we will more than likely be able to accommodate you on the day. You will receive two types of notifications

  1. An email with a ‘BOOK NOW’ button gets sent to everyone on the waiting list at 7am, up to 3 days before the class – the space is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. In the 24 hours before the class, the team will monitor availability and notify members in waiting list order with a courtesy phone call. You will also be able to monitor changes on your Roko app.

Please also ensure to remove yourself off the class waiting list if you no longer wish to attend the class.
