Manager’s Welcome

Resolutions not to be broken!
I hope all of our new starters and existing members alike have been enjoying the start to 2019… well apart from the sudden change to the weather and the freezing temperatures!

The good news is that we have lots of activities in the club to keep you nice and warm (and maybe even make you sweat!) The Les Mills launch weekend was a fab event and the new Sh’bam classes have been going down a storm! It is also great to see so many of you taking the Personal Trainers up on their new year offers, I am sure the sessions are tough but you will get great results!

Lots of you have committed to a fitness resolution on our resolution board which is fab… the challenge now is to go on and achieve that goal!
