Wishing you all a very healthy new year and with our gym refurb your new year goals should be achieved with the help of our new kit!

We are happy to introduce a fully refurbished gym floor with state of the art equipment provided from Matrix Fitness.

This includes;

Fully upgraded Cardio suite with state of the art integrated screens. 

Treadmills, bikes, stair climbers and cross-trainers included.

 

 

 

 

 

Fully upgraded Resistance machine suite with soon to be integrated screens.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Full new dumbbell set ranging from 2kg all the way up to 50kg.

A 5 stack Matrix multi station with seated row and pull down.

If you are unsure of how to use any of this new kit we are encouraging members to book in with the gym team to get yourself set up and shown any of the new kit you would like to use and incorporate into you gym programme.

Parking at Roko

Please check that you are parking within the correct spaces when coming to the club.  This will help to avoid any unwanted penalties. The first bay on the left is for high sided vehicles only.  

The height restriction barriers were put in place to ensure that Travellers cannot access the site but also to allow our members who have high sided vehicles somewhere to park.

We thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Group Exercise

We finished our year with a team teach for Body Attack on Christmas Eve with a charity collection for Crisis raising £134.00.  

We know that this time of year money can be tight but we thank you for your generosity and energy.

LES MILLS January 2022 LAUNCH!

We started the year launching our new releases with team teaches for BodyAttack, BodyPump and BodyBalance. So good to be back in studios with energy from both instructors and members. Group Exercise certainly increases our endomorphins!  If you haven’t tried any of these classes now is the time to give them a go. Sometimes it can feel a little unnerving going into a studio so with these classes you can just stay for the first 4 tracks and increase from there. You will be up to full class training in no time!

Have you always wanted to try Hotpod Yoga but not been sure what to expect? This 90 minute workshop gives you a breakdown and step by step guide to our classic Hotpod Flow.  Whatever level you feel you are at you will leave the workshop confident to join our open schedule.  You will be guided through simple modifications and adaptations to suit you, giving you the know-how to enjoy your classes at your own pace and with confidence.
