Chiswick Newsletter March 22

Manager's Message

Welcome to March

Welcome to March’s newsletter – I hope this finds everybody well.

Spring is definitely in the air – the days are longer, the weather is…. well probably the less said about that the better! However, we have been treated to several days of sunshine, so long may that continue!

The first two months of 2022 have certainly been busy for us, whilst we work behind the scenes to continuously improve the service and facilities here at the club. We have been working hard on team training and looking ahead at what we hope will be a very busy year!

2 Week Trial

Going into a new month, we are running a fantastic new campaign whereby your friends and family are able to join the club on a two-week trial basis. They will have full access to the club, without the commitment of a full membership. This has proven very popular in the past, so we do limit numbers to ensure our members still have priority in the club. If you are interested, or know someone who might be, do let Darrell or one of his membership team know, and they would be delighted to provide more information. This offer is only available until the middle of March, so be quick!

tell your friends & family

- 2 weeks for just £39

You are more likely to achieve your fitness goals when you work out with a buddy. And right now, for a limited time only, your friends can spend 2 weeks with you at Roko with a no commitment trial membership. Tag your friends on our 2 week Facebook post or forward them this link: www.roko.co.uk/chiswick/offers/2weekschiswick

Classes

As you may have noticed, we have increased the class size of some of our holistic classes, so a few more members have the opportunity to enjoy these classes. We have done this with the agreement of the instructors, and only increased these by 5 - we still have not gone back to the pre-pandemic class sizes. A gentle reminder that all classes must be booked, and if you are unable to attend, please consider your fellow members and cancel your spot.

Lockers

As you will have seen, we are in the process of conducting a thorough locker audit, as we were finding many lockers were being left locked. From now on, we will be doing this monthly, at a random time during the month, and we will not be providing the same amount of notice. Hopefully this will stop anyone who is leaving belongings in the lockers from doing so. I would ask respectfully once again, that if you are using one of our lockers to store your belongings, that you do not, as this leaves less space for other members.

Swimming Lessons

Following the half term break, lessons have resumed as normal:

Monday to Friday 16:00-18:30, and Saturday and Sunday 12:30-18:00

Our family swim time for our younger members remains the same:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 15:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday 13:00-18:00

Please see our website for a full pool timetable: https://www.roko.co.uk/uploads/Files/Activities/Chiswick/Chiswick_Pool_Activity_Schedule.pdf

As always, thank you once again for your loyalty to the club. I do welcome all feedback, so please do feel free to drop me a line should there be anything on your mind!

Kind regards,

Kati and your Roko Chiswick Team
