Personal Training is great value and is within reach of everyone. You can book a taster set of 3 sessions, 6 sessions or a results package of 10 sessions. So take advantage of our superb personal training packages and get the most from your membership.
Roko Personal Trainers are friendly and approachable but the most important decision is choosing the best one for you. Each of our Trainers has specific areas of expertise, additional training and qualifications so for advice on who will suit you best, just ask any member of the Fitness team or read below for a brief outline.

I am a very open and easy going person, I’ve been training for more years than I care to admit, and the more I learn the more enthusiastic I get.
My holistic approach to fitness combines techniques from Pilates, Kickboxing, interval & weight training and much, much more to deliver varied, enjoyable sessions focused on your continual functional development and the achievement of your goals.

Looking for a kick start or wanting to get back into that little black dress?
We will work together to achieve the results that you want.
As a spin, box-right and kettlebell instructor I will use techniques such as interval and endurance training to help reach your goals.
My motto is ‘you get back what you put in’ so expect to work hard but have fun too.
Everyone is different so book a half hour taster and we can discuss nutrition or even a home program.

I have been training now for over 20 years and have a tried and tested method of getting you results. The techniques I use are excellent for building a great engine and bring quick strength and endurance results. I especially enjoy showing beginners the benefits of padwork training and enjoy seeing people take out the frustrations on the pads. A great stress reliever which also tones up and improves weight loss
Overall, I love general fitness and I believe my degree in psychology gives me a 'rounded' approach that allows me to cater for any individual.

I have been involved in sport at some level from a young age, particularly Ice Hockey. I pride myself on my ability to research the most effective way to achieve a client's fitness goals. Whether your aim is general fitness, muscle gain, weight loss or a more specific training goal, I will endeavour to find realistic and achievable solutions. I believe that every client requires a bespoke training regime; it should be tailored to their wants, needs and schedule in order to secure effective and enjoyable training.

A lot of people find themselves bored, de-motivated or just plain confused as to what to do for the best when they’re in the gym. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you reach your goals and I do this with a combination of nutritional advice and a personalised programme tailored especially to your needs. I am always happy to help and offer guidance so please feel free to come and chat to me if you see me in the gym!
