Andy Haskins
When my professional football career with Nottingham Forest F.C. ended due to injury, I decided to use my Sports Science qualification and I became a Personal Trainer.
Since then I have thoroughly enjoyed working with people providing the guidance and advice my clients needed to help them achieve their individual goals. As a group exercise Instructor, I can also bring the challenge and fun of Boxercise into Personal Training one to one situations.

Deena Joyce
I am a very open and easy going person, I’ve been training for more years than I care to admit, and the more I learn the more enthusiastic I get.
I am extremely passionate about helping you achieve your goals and my holistic approach to fitness combines techniques from Pilates, interval & weight training and much, much more to deliver varied, enjoyable sessions focused on your continual functional development.

Keir Bascombe
I have always been passionately involved with fitness & sport from an early age, and I now pass this passion on to my clients.
I enjoy and have experience working with a wide range of people and their goals, and it’s this variety that makes helping my clients achieve their training goals, whatever they may be, from relieving back pain, to promoting weight loss, so rewarding.
As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and understanding of the what, when, why and how's of health and fitness.

Nikki Regan
I’m an outgoing, happy Liverpudlian who loves fitness, and has been delivering individual and group exercise sessions for over 10 years, as well as competing in the world of A.B.A. Boxing for a short period.
My own personal challenges have let me really understand the motivation and encouragement members need to achieve their own specific goals and I love seeing the end results of our combined efforts.
So come on you lot, lets have a really good time whether it be in the boxing ring on the spin bikes or the gym floor and commit to a healthier lifestyle.

Shaun Fitzpatrick
I have been involved in fitness all my life but it wasn’t until I joined the armed forces that my interest really took off. I completed my NABBA gym instructor qualifications and this along with regular “BEASTINGS” from my PTI’s my knowledge and experience started to flourish.
I specialise in using a mixture of good old fashioned hard work along with advanced training techniques designed to push you outside your comfort zone to get the results you want as well as an enormous sense of pride and achievement.

Tom Linish
I have 5 years experience as a personal trainer with ample qualifications.
I specialise in core functional body shaping and muscular development, alongside nutrition.
I am a passionate and intense Personal Trainer who employs a multidisciplinary approach to my training sessions. I work with all of my clients to achieve maximum performance, flexibility and quality of life via customized dynamic workouts.
For me, Personal Training is as unique as each individual client and I create an environment that will ensure each clients success!
