I have always been passionately involved with fitness & sport from an early age, and I now pass this passion on to my clients.

I enjoy and have experience working with a wide range of people and their goals, and it’s this variety that makes helping my clients achieve their training goals, whatever they may be, from relieving back pain, to promoting weight loss, so rewarding.

As a personal trainer, my objective is to give you the knowledge and understanding of the what, when, why and how's of health and fitness.

Nikki Regan

I’m an outgoing, happy liverpudlian who loves fitness, and has been delivering individual and group exercise sessions for over 10 years, as well as competing in the world of A.B.A. Boxing.
