    We are pleased to inform you that running club will be back on this month. The sessions will be taking place every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. Runners will be training up for several 10k runs and a half marathon. As the weather is picking up we would like to invite any beginners along, whether you want to train for the events or just train for your personal gains feel free to come along. Tuesdays are recommended for beginners. We will be meeting in the club lounge at 5.45pm. Look forward to seeing you there.

    If you buy our new 'Flat White' and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, return it to the barista and we will provide you with an alternative primo sized coffee from our range free of charge.

    The 'Flat White' is the newest addition to our coffee range. A rich, full-flavoured coffee with a unique velvety texture. Richer than a Latte, creamier than a Cappuccino, Flat White is a true coffee lover's coffee. Some say it hails from New Zealand, while others believe it's an Australian invention. Where ever it came from we're glad it's found its way to this side of the world, where we've fine-tuned it for you by adding a touch of our own unique heritage.

    To start the milk is heated and textured using a special technique that forms tiny bubbles. This makes the milk velvety and smooth so it blends perfectly with the coffee.

    Smooth not Bitter...
    To make a Flat White we extract the very purest essence of the coffee bean, resulting in a short espresso called 'Cortissimo'. This gives the Flat White its uniquely smooth, pure flavour.

    Creamy not Frothy...
    We carefully blend the milk together with the Cortissimo, creating a truly creamy taste that lasts from the very first to the very last sip. Then we hand it over to you to enjoy.

    Coming soon to Roko York... "Fitness4mum" 

    Fitness4mum is a brand new website exclusively for new mums and mums to be. We provide education on how to exercise safely, effectively and confidently. Not only do we provide a whole host of easily accessible information, training programs and personal training, we will also be holding specialized exercise classes exclusively at Roko! 

    The classes will begin in the New Year for both ante and post natal women. They will strengthen and stretch the areas that are stressed as a result, not only of pregnancy and giving birth, but of the constant carrying, feeding and lifting that follows!

    Group Swimming Lessons
    If you have not yet got your name down or booked in for the assessment, please do so as soon as you can as the spaces will be filled quickly. We thank you all for your patience throughout the last term and we hope your children have enjoyed the lessons as much as the instructors have enjoyed coaching them.
