Located on the ground floor is our fully licensed Member's Club Lounge, serving Costa Coffee and an extensive menu of hot and cold food. Relax after your workout and enjoy time chatting with friends or just chilling out with a complimentary newspaper or magazine.

The Club Lounge makes a ideal function venue, with lovely views, licensed bar and free parking and is available for members to hire. Please phone the club or click here to enquireabout hiring the club lounge for your next function.

luxury changing rooms

There is plenty of space within our luxury changing rooms for you to get ready for your workout and also cool down afterwards.

Just choose your locker (which is operated via your membership card) and your belongings are safely stored while you enjoy your workout. Relax with a post-workout shower and complimentary hairdryers are readily available.

free internet access & wifi

Roko members are welcome to use one of the three free internet consoles available in the main lounge area. In addition free wi-fi is available so you can connect to the internet via your own laptop. This makes Roko a perfect venue to conduct off-site business meetings as well as catch up on some work either before or after your workout.

free parking

Ample free parking is available to Roko members right outside the club, making it incredibly convenient to access. Bike racks are also available just outside the entrance for those wishing to cycle to the club.
