The recently introduced Running Club meets on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6pm. The run normally takes an hour and is led by the inspirational Nikki Regan. It doesn’t matter if your not training for anything in particular – just join in the fun. Free for members!

Thai Boxing
Our fitness instructor Colin is running a range of Thai Boxing sessions each week. There are two different courses which includes a beginner’s course and a technique class.
Each course is £36 for a 6 week block.
The courses will improve your energy levels, flexibility, balance and co-ordination, as well as teaching you the techniques of Thai Boxing.
This is a different and fun way to train so if you would like more information just ask Colin next time you are in the gym.
