Beach Ready Body 8 week group fitness course: starting in May. over 8 weeks you’ll be put through your paces in our outdoor group fitness course, designed to get your body “beach ready” through fun & informative exercise and nutrition sessions.
Within this motivating group setting our fitness instructors will ensure you work to your maximum ability and show results as you progress through each week. For more details about session days and times please speak to a member of the fitness team.
