Darin Melville
During my time as a Personal Trainer I have been involved with many different sports and events including marathons, tough guys, sub-aqua, parachuting to name but a few.
You may recognise me from various circuits, aqua, spinning and the infamous BodyBLAST classes and of course being on the gym floor.
What ever your age, gender, experience or ability I will assist you to achieve your next goal.
Andy Hillman

I am a firm believer of change and feel that different surroundings really help keep you focused.
Whether it's the great outdoors or the atmosphere of the gym I like to use all areas. I will help re-mould your lifestyle, make you feel confident about your self & and love what you see in the mirror.
Alison Chase
My passion for health and fitness inspired me to go in to Personal Training and gym instruction. I have found that working with someone on a one to one basis is an extremely effective way of helping with their motivation and introducing them to new and more interesting ways of exercising.
I firmly believe that you need to enjoy your exercise sessions in order to stay motivated, and need to have goals to work towards. Realising your goals provides a tangible sense of achievement and belief in your abilities.
Gabrielle Yates
Health and Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have been able to participate in many types of sports due to the locations that I've lived in in recent years.I continue to run, cycle, climb, hike and do the occasional paragliding flight when I get the chance, these activities enable me to understand what our bodies and minds are capable of going through.
All of which aid me in my profession, helping me tailor make a programme specific to you and giving that edge to my Personal Training sessions.
Nadia Arab
I've always had an interest in fitness and sport since a young age. My experience includes gymnastics, running and netball. Personal Training is an excellent opportunity to achieve your goals.
