Membership at Portsmouth gives you a premium health club at an affordable price. You can choose the category of membership that best suits your needs and lifestyle and there are a variety of contract and flexible membership options available which can be paid monthly by direct debit or annually.

At Roko Portsmouth you can commit to your fitness long term and get the best value when you buy a 12 month membership. But if you are new to fitness or want to test the water first, you can join on a non-fixed length membership with a 3 month notice period.

full membership

Gives you full access to the club when ever it is open and is available in single or couple categories.

off-peak membership

Off peak usage is Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 4.30pm with last entry at 3.30pm and weekends 2pm to close.

Roko lite membership

Usage is Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6.30am to 9am with last entry at 8am, Monday to Friday from 12noon to 2pm with last entry at 1.15pm, Thursday and Friday from 6pm to close and weekends from 1pm to close.

student membership

Those aged 18 or over in full time education can benefit from a reduced membership subscription as well as free suspensions during non-term times. Valid identification must be provided in order to qualify for a student membership.

CSSC memberships

Roko offers exclusive subscription discounts to members of the Civil Service Sports Club. If you are a CSSC member please contact us for full details.

non-adult membership

Roko welcomes children and offers the following membership types for those under 18:

• YOUTH (16-17yrs) - £22.50 per month
• JUNIOR (5-15yrs) - from £11 per month
• INFANT (0-4yrs) - free of charge

Please note that non-adult memberships are subject to special membership rules which are available in club.

guest memberships

Roko Members may invite guests to join them at the club to enjoy the benefits of full membership for a day. Guest memberships vary in price according to the day and time of visit - please contact your local club for full details.
