    We are pleased to announce that Roko is the first health club group in the UK to get the LiveStrong Fitness Indoor Cyling Experience (ICE) bikes. They are now in club and they look great - but more importantly they are performing brilliantly.

    At the beginning of July there will be an upgrade to the cardio theatre which will enable all CV equipment to have access to the TV's & the radio stations.
