Friday 6.30am to 10pm
Saturday 8am to 7pm
Sunday 8am to 9pm
Opening times on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas Holiday period will vary and will be posted in the Club.

FACILITIES Club LoungeWe believe that after a good workout you deserve to relax and quench your thirst in pleasant surroundings.The social aspect of ROKO is very important; it is your club so enjoy spending time here.The Club Lounge is open to non-members as well so if you like to socialise in why not try our Club Lounge, serving a delicious range of mouthwatering meal.
