Friday 6.30am to 10pm
Saturday 8am to 7pm
Sunday 8am to 9pm
Opening times on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas Holiday period will vary and will be posted in the Club.

FACILITIES Swimming PoolSwimming is a fantastic way to increase your fitness levels without putting pressure on your joints and muscles. At ROKO we appreciate that adults often like to swim lengths with like minded people but without the interruption of children ’enjoying’ themselves. With this in mind our facility includes three pools, one largely for adults and one designed especially for families and one for catching those summer rays or enjoying an outdoor experience and heated swim later in the year!
