Personal Training is great value and is within reach of everyone. You can book a taster set of 3 sessions, 6 sessions or a results package of 10 sessions. So take advantage of our superb personal training packages and get the most from your membership.
Roko Personal Trainers are friendly and approachable but the most important decision is choosing the best one for you. Each of our Trainers has specific areas of expertise, additional training and qualifications so for advice on who will suit you best, just ask any member of the Fitness team or read below for a brief outline.

Paul
I have worked as a personal trainer for 8 years helping 100’s of clients meet their fitness goals. I have trained myself for 25 years and have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience, which can help you achieve the body you want. My objective is to help you maximise your potential through workouts, which are designed to be challenging but lots of fun too.
Phil
I have worked here at Roko since October 2008 and have built up a large client base along the way.
With my work ranging from weight loss to core strengthening I will guarantee you to see results fast.
I simply love helping people make changes in their life for the better. Achieving goals has almost become a hobby of mine and working together we will get you their quicker!!
Immy
Immy is a massive motivator and thrives on helping clients achieve their desired goals.
Having previously been overweight herself, Immy fully understands how difficult it is to get motivated, stay motivated and know the correct ways of achieving your goals quickly and safely.
That’s what Immy is here for; whether you want to lose weight for a special occasion, a holiday or for long term health benefits, build muscle definition and strength, Immy will ensure you achieve it.
Zoe
Zoe has worked with people from all different walks of life, ages and abilities including professional footballers, marathon runners, competitive horse riders and pre and post natal women.
No matter what your circumstances, reaching your goals has never been so easy or so much fun but with the right knowledge, motivation and support Zoe can help you get where you want to be.
Zoe’s training sessions are heavily researched to coincide with recent, proven scientific studies. They are always fun, diverse and energetic, as well as being individualised to each and every client.
Martyn
Martyn combines 20 years experience in the motivation of sporting competitors with over 10 years professional experience in the sport, health and leisure industry. His clients range from elite GB athletes to disabled and recreational clients, so whatever your age, experience or fitness level, each session will be tailored with your goals in mind to challenge you and to help you achieve your desired results rapidly. Martyn’s creative sessions will motivate and inspire you to maintain your health and lifestyle transformation.
Martyn is also available for sports massage and soft tissue therapies.
Craig
Before becoming a personal trainer, Craig competed for England in Judo in a number of competitions. He then became a coach, helping his squad get in to shape for competitions by either losing or gaining weight to move up or down a weight class.
Craig now competes in MMA and Muay Thai boxing, again helping to train the team to maintain or change their weight class in short periods of time.
Craig is a fast results trainer, making you work harder than you think you can, helping you achieve your goals and fast.
Craig’s sessions are fun as well as hard work with each one differing from the last, ensuring your results never plateau.
