I have worked as a personal trainer for 8 years helping 100’s of clients meet their fitness goals. I have trained myself for 25 years and have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience, which can help you achieve the body you want. My objective is to help you maximise your potential through workouts, which are designed to be challenging but lots of fun too.

With my work ranging from weight loss to core strengthening I will guarantee you to see results fast.

I have had a passion for health and fitness for a number of years stemming from a weight problem myself when I was 18 so I decided I needed a change. So I trained myself and managed to loose 4 stone. So with my knowledge of health and fitness I want to do the same for you and make sure you get the best out of every session.

I have been qualified for over two years and have trained many individuals from 20 to 73 years old. I am able to train everyone from the sedentary overweight to the sporting elite. I thoroughly enjoy seeing people achieving and exceeding their results. I am a fun and lively trainer who makes training fun as well as productive.
