    We are pleased to announce that Roko is the first health club group in the UK to get the LiveStrong Fitness Indoor Cyling Experience (ICE) bikes. They are now in club and they look great - but more importantly they are performing brilliantly.

    new: children's activity programme launched
    We recently launched a range of new Children's Activities for our Junior Members 5-11 years and Teen Gym 12-15 years.
    We are providing 7 new sessions per week so your children can workout out too whilst making new friends and ultimately having fun!!
