Included within your membership we offer:

  • A fully supervised children’s activity program providing fun and health related activities including activity clubs, cheerleading classes, teen circuit and gym workouts. The activities on the Junior Programme are included in the membership package.

  • A play room with a range of toys and soft play for the kids to enjoy while the adults can enjoy a quiet coffee

  • An 8m sq heated children’s splash pool alongside our 20m swimming pool
  • Family swimming times of 9am - 12 noon & 1pm - 6.30pm on weekdays and 9am - 6.30pm on weekends

  • Tiny Talkers Day Nursery - providing care for children aged from birth to 5 years, we are a small, friendly 35 place nursery offering full-time and part-time day care, crèche facilities, holiday club, parties, before and after school care. Infants aged 0 – 4 and juniors aged 5 – 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult member at all times.
Infants and juniors are not permitted to use the Fitness Arena, sunbed, sauna, spa or steam room at any time.
Weekday access hours to the pools - 09:00 until 12 noon and 13:00 until 18:30 (leaving the Health Club by 20:00)
Weekend access hours to the pools - 09:00 until 18:30 (leaving the Health Club by 19:00 Saturday and 20:00 Sunday)

youth members
Youths are aged 16 and 17 only; they are permitted to use the club facilities unaccompanied until 20:00, except the Fitness Arena where the Fitness director’s prior permission must be granted. After 20:00 youths must be accompanied by an adult.
