There is plenty of space within our luxury changing rooms for you to get ready for your workout and also cool down afterwards.

Just choose your locker (which is operated via your membership card) and your belongings are safely stored while you enjoy your workout. Relax with a post-workout shower and complimentary hairdryers are readily available.

Roko members are welcome to use one of the two free internet consoles available in the main lounge area.
