Thursday 18.00 -19.00
A mixed ability club with distances ranging from 2 up to 7 miles in the local area mixed with interval and sprint sessions which take place on the Roko Football pitches. A relaxed atmosphere whether you’re looking to improve your endurance or just add another dimension to your training. No need to book, just meet Liam in Reception just before 6pm.

workshops – various days/times

30 minute Suspension Training, Kettlebell and power bag workshops regularly take place on the gym floor. These functional pieces of kit incorporate whole body exercises to burn fat and create a stronger leaner body. Attend regularly for a weekly workout blast or attend once in a while to give your training a lift. No need to book, just meet the trainer on the gym floor.
Suspension Training – Monday’s 7 – 7.30pm
Kettlebells – Wednesday’s 7.30 – 8pm
Powerbags – Saturday 9 – 9.30am
 

tri club

Mondays 6.30 – 7.15 pm

Meet in the swimming pool for swim training concentrating on the skills needed for successful Triathlon. Practice transitions and gain valuable knowledge from our experienced Iron man Chris.

Book at reception to guarantee your place. Free of charge to members.
