ROKO is Nottingham’s newest and most exciting Health and Fitness club. As well as boasting the city’s biggest Gym at over 10,000 Sq Ft, it has more than 200 pieces of equipment enabling you to spend less time queuing and more time working out. Our state of the art systems also include Fitlinxx, which means you will benefit from your own interactive Personal Trainer - at no extra cost to you.
Our membership packages allow you to swim, workout in the Gym, attend aerobic classes, relax in the spa area and get full use of FitLinxx, 7 days per week, from just over £1.11 per day.
