When members tell us they want to tone up they often discover that what they actually want is to change one or two key areas of their body (such as a less wobbly tummy, more defined arms or to eradicate their cellulite).

Once you've been able to narrow down your "tone-up" goals your fitness consultant will be able to prescribe the best ways for you to achieve them.

Again, there are hundreds of ways at Roko to tone-up, the key is to find the ones that are right for you so that you will enjoy each visit and keep coming back for more!

One of our most popular studio classes for toning is BodyPUMP, but you can also visit the fitness arena to use the strength machines, free weights and swiss balls.
