Getting fitter is often measured in terms of what you would like to be able to do that you can't do right now. Walking up stairs without puffing for instance, playing with your children or even running a marathon.

At Roko we have hundreds of different ways for you to achieve the fitness levels you desire and we will work with you to make sure you do it!

In the gym you can run, row, cross train or cycle your way to fitness but you can also swim or attend studio classes such as BodyATTACK or BodyCOMBAT to get the results you want.

"Together we decided on my personal fitness goals which were challenging but also achievable. Initially we worked towards a 5km run for Breast Cancer Awareness, something I definitely would have only walked before. After achieving this we worked towards a 10km run and I was thrilled when I completed the event, running all the way! Having a goal each time to work towards has really helped me and even though it has been difficult at times I really feel I have achieved something!"
