Chris Armagon
I have enjoyed being a trainer since 1999. Coming from a background in sports and combined with a love of teaching being a trainer was a natural vocational selection for me.
Over the last decade I have helped my clients to build strength and tone, lose weight, increase fitness, train for marathons, prepare for entrance into the military and build confidence and self-esteem.
I have had the privilege of qualifying as a trainer with some of the best physical education learning providers in the business, under some of the most inspiring fitness tutors in the game. It is these trainers that instilled in me a passion for fitness and who I always attempt to emulate.

Sharon Low
I have been a personal trainer and sports massage therapist for 13 years. During this time I have gained lots of experience in this field due to working with many clients with different goals and varying fitness levels. I always make sure I keep my knowledge updated to ensure I give my clients the most effective workouts.
After all this time I am still passionate and highly motivated in helping my clients achieve their goals.
I will tailor each workout to your individual needs and keep you focused and motivated with varied workouts that require hard work but are enjoyable also.
I successfully ran Roko’s Inch Loss programme for 3yrs – combining nutritional plans, group exercise and individual gym programmes, each course running over an 8 week period.
Matthew Grimshaw
My aims and intentions are to ensure you reach your goals in the quickest and safest possible way. If you’re a complete beginner or advanced athlete your training will be specific to your individual needs. Ours sessions will be active and fun, however, they’ll remain both mentally and physically challenging. We will use a variety of training method tools such as the TRX suspension bands, Kettlebells and power bags to specifically reach your goals. We will progress, succeed and ensure we get the results you require.
Stephen Pearce
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 4 years now training a variety of clients. I have had continued success helping clients not just lose bodyfat and increase muscle mass, but maintain their improvements. I introduce many clients to different training methods, reigniting their spark and passion for exercise. My focus is to ensure all of my clients have a very intense and effective workout, with a long term goal in mind.
