If you have your desired goal, from weight loss, making exercise part of your life and more enjoyable to training for an event but you don’t have the motivation, experience or knowledge to push you to achieve it, I would like to help you get there.

From courses I have undertaken and my experience within sport and the fitness industry I can give you advice in many areas such as Nutrition, Pre and Post natal exercise, weight management and rehabilitation. I can guide you through your training with my passion to help you fulfil your potential and with your commitment, some effort and persistence, working together we can succeed in achieving your exercise goals.


Craig Salmon

My passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve their goals has led me to be within this industry. I have helped various people achieve their goals from weight loss to muscle gain and from boxing conditioning to preparing for a competition fight and sports specific goals.

Through gaining different qualifications I offer a range of training methods and techniques. My experience has led me to helping others become and remain motivated by making personal sessions fun as well as challenging and to help them achieve their goals to the best of their ability. Gareth Shepherd

My passion is personal training whether you would like to lose weight faster, achieve more with your health and fitness, building muscle or working towards a specific event I will be there with you to provide motivation, inspiration and expert guidance to achieve your goals in the fastest time possible.

Mark Greenstreet

Whether you are a novice to exercise or an athlete training for an event, my experience, knowledge and passion will drive you towards the results you desire!!

After completing my degree in Health and Fitness Management and with experience in sports such as long distance running, climbing, cricket, and for the more extreme; breakdancing, I have developed expertise in; weight management and nutritional advice, exercise for older adults, rehabilitation for clients with disabilities, and advanced training and sports conditioning. These experiences have allowed me to develop progressive, effective, specific and enjoyable programmes to suit all needs.

Chris Armagon

I have been active in the gym industry for 10 years. My skills range from exercise programming that encompasses Balance, Flexibility, Strength and HIT Training to teaching Running and Spin. I am also qualified in Sports Massage.

My goal is to help each client reach the point where they feel they don’t need a trainer anymore.

You will get you fit, you will get you strong. You’re the only one who can. It’s my job to show you how.

I have been working in the fitness industry for about 7 years. In this time have successfully helped many people achieve various goals, including weight loss and sports training. I enjoy helping people achieve their targets and improving their lifestyle, physically and mentally.
