Roko Gillingham offers over 60 group exercise classes per week, ranging form high energy cardio workouts to relaxing mind & body sessions focusing on strength and flexibility.

Whether you want to learn to swim or improve your stroke Roko offers a variety of lessons. We offer adult and junior one-to-one or group sessions as well as parent & toddler classes.

the Elemis Wellbeing salon
Indulge yourself at the Roko Beauty Salon - an Elemis venue. There’s an extensive range of products and treatments from soothing massages to facials, manicures and reflexology. The Jessica Nail care system, St Tropez Tanning and hair removal is also available.
