Roko Bootcamp


6 weeks that changed everything… Roko bootcamp starts soon.

Over 6 weeks you’ll be put through your paces in our outdoor bootcamp.  Led by a Roko Personal Trainer and within a motivating group it will help you work to your maximum ability using functional training equipment.

Bootcamps start from one session per week so you can set your own 6 week schedule. You do not need to be a Roko member to take part but Roko members have reduced prices.

Inch Loss Programme


Give you results you can measure!


The 6 Week Roko Inch Loss Programme will:

 

• Support you in your inch loss goals
• Encourage you through motivational group seminars and group exercise sessions
• Provide nutritional guidelines incorporating the Glycaemic Index
• Improve your understanding of smarter ways to exercise and teach you effective exercise that you can continue with after the programme has finished

In addition you will be given help and support with food and exercise diaries.
This course is great for those who are relatively new to exercise or who haven’t followed an exercise regime for a while. But more importantly, this course is fantastic for anyone who wants to make a change.
