  • I accept the following terms & conditions.
  • I agree that the details I am supplying are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
  • I agree that I am a current, fee paying member of Roko Health Clubs.
  • I agree that by supplying my name and contact details I am allowing Roko to contact me with regards to this offer and with regards to my membership.
  • I accept that Roko will not pass my details to any third party.
  • I understand that where a gift is offered to me upon my friend joining then:
    • that gift is subject to availability and if it becomes unavailable a gift of similar value will be offered,
    • that gift is only valid if my friend joins in the same month that I refer them. If my friend joins in a later month then a different gift may be offered.
    • my friend must join on a 12 month membership in order for me to receive the gift.
    • my friend must be aged 18 years or over.
    • the gift will only be offered if a referral form has been received by the club prior to my friend joining.
