PowerPlate course
A 6 week course that teaches you all about the PowerPlate, starting with the basics and progressing to advanced techniques.
The course lasts for 6 weeks with each weekly session lasting 30 minutes. Each workout session will get progressively more advanced with an increase in intensity. You’ll see great results and learn how to incorporate the PowerPlate into you normal routine.
When carrying out exercises on the PowerPlate the muscles work up to three times harder than they would on a static surface helping to:
Improve muscle tone
Build strength and power
Improve flexibility
Develop core stability
Achieve and support weight loss
Increase bone density
