Use this master class from our specialist trainer to learn the moves and techniques to get the most from your training; this will be a big step towards achieving your goals.     Saturday 20th March 11.00 -14.00.
    Your posture plays such an important role in keeping your body fit and healthy. Poor posture can have a negative effect on many aspects of your life including neck & back pain, shin splints & headaches; as well as often affecting body weight and muscle development. We will be holding posture assessments, completed by an expert personal trainer, each lasting 20mins and providing you with exercises and stretches to correct any issues. Please book your 20 minute slot at the gym floor desk from the 1st March.

    We have now increased our service with Helen, Natalie and Scott allowing greater flexibility and will soon be available on the gym floor to answer any of your questions regarding injury and exercise.

    Running Classes
    Scott has over 20 years experience running on the track, roads, and cross country starting in Little Athletics in Australia and eventually running for Australia at the Oceania Games. These sessions cover drills to refine technique, exercise to develop control and strength specific to running, and plyometrics to develop speed and power. Sessions currently run on Saturday at 1pm on the university of Westminster fields (outside the gym).
