Adam Ibrahim
For 10 years now my education has revolved around sports, health and fitness related study. My passion for sport has driven me to pursue a career in exercise and fitness.

Cat Dyer
I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years having qualified with ‘Premier’ and ‘National Academy of Sports Medicine’ as well receiving a 1st class honours degree in Physical Education in the Community at university.
For each client I prepare an individual approach incorporating a functional full body workout. I will motivate you throughout your workouts as well as using food diaries and nutritional advice, so you can adjust your lifestyle habits.
I have achieved excellent results with passed and present clients, whether their targets were weight loss, toning, fitness or lean muscle mass. I take pride and have total focus on my clients personal achievements.

I have been involved in training for several years and am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
I’m a positive and enthusiastic person and enjoy working with people of all levels, keeping my sessions varied and challenging.
My aim is that my clients not only reach, but exceed their training targets. My specific areas include body toning, fat burning, nutrition advice, core strength and sports specific training.
Samantha George
I have gained an interest in health and fitness through my own experiences with training and injury rehabilitation. Several years of regular personal training and study have lead me to a career in which I can help other people to lose weight, tone up, increase strength and improve their general health through a mixture of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
From my personal experiences I understand the barriers that prevent many people from achieving their goals and I can work alongside clients to overcome these obstacles.
As a former class instructor, I also know the benefits of an individual yet varied workout, focused on getting results.
