Andy Denney

Andy has a passion for functional fitness which is firmly rooted in his real time experience as a Royal Marines Commando and hostile environment Close Protection Officer.

His take on coaching fitness focuses on stress and natural adaptation. He teaches strength, stamina, flexibility and movement with the ultimate goal being to condition and empower both mind and body; Andy knows how to motivate and deliver training with variety and intensity.

Whatever you’re physical condition and current level of ability, Andy will help you to achieve your goals.


Adam Ibrahim

Adams education has revolved around sports, health and fitness related study. His passion for sport, particularly football, has driven him to pursue a career in exercise and fitness.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, bulk up, increase strength or just improve your general fitness & wellbeing he can provide you with functional and effective training techniques that guarantee results.

Adam will help you reach your goals through structured, progressive training regimes that are tailored to suit your personal needs.


Karl Bekker

Karl has many years experience as a qualified Personal Trainer. He is also a qualified Sports massage therapist.

Karl believes exercise is personal; it needs to be varied and above all needs to produce good consistent results individuals can see and feel.

Karl can offer you this service and help you achieve a new you.


Tom Dacre

Tom has been involved in training for several years and is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

He is a positive and enthusiastic person and enjoys working with clients of all levels trying to keep my sessions varied and challenging. Toms aim is that clients not only reach, but exceed their targets.

Tom's specific areas include body toning, fat burning, nutritional guidance, core development, weight lifting/training, muscle building, box-fit and sports specific training.
